Be a player-coach
In a football match, the coach is rarely going to go on the field to play and support the players. That’s not how it works in business though. For example, you could be hired for a Media Buying role. However if another team member needs help with a specific sales process, then it’s important to get your hands dirty sometimes. We don't want component workers, but people who understand business is a bigger system than just your role.

Our average response time from our team members is around 25 minutes. That’s because we don’t do slow communication. If one person is slow, it slows the entire team down which there's nothing we dislike more.

Hitting Deadlines
When a task is set with a deadline we rely on you to hit. If you receive a project and you know for an absolute fact you can’t hit its deadline, then you own up to it and we can work on rescheduling it.
